Indira Gandhi National Open University has recently launched its new web portal “IGNOU Degree Management System” in short it is called IDMS to award the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree, Post-graduate Diploma, and Certificate for the certificate courses to the students who are eligible to receive it in the 33rd and 34th Convocation but could not receive so far.

Students have been further informed that their Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and postgraduate diplomas have been sent to their regional centres. They can know from the regional centres and if the degree and diploma is available with the regional centre, they can apply for it online through the IDMS portal. The link of the IDMS is given here for the convenience of the students https://sedservices.ignou.ac.in/idms/.

The 33rd convocation was held on 17.02.2020 and 34th was held on 15.04.2021. The certificates of Post Graduate Certificate and Certificate Programme are available with the Headquarters. All the information is given online at this portal for the registration to the portal and the fees required to be paid to apply for the grant of degree/diploma and certificate. Those students who have already registered online for this purpose will receive the degree/diploma/certificate shortly by the Regional centre or the headquarter. And those who have not yet registered can register it through the IDMS portal.

In case if there is any discrepancy regarding the payment of convocation fees, or regarding the Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, diploma or certificate programme contact numbers and e-mail ids have been provided by the university in the IDMS portal through which students can contact their regional centres and the headquarter for any discrepancy. For more information read the general instructions given for the students on the IDMS portal.
